First impression when I received the vest, I was pretty happy. Double stitch, breathable mesh slits and comfortable material. I��m 6��1�� 265 lbs. I ordered the 2XL and it fits great. It was a snug fit, not tight, and it conforms to your body with use. No one can even tell you are wearing it and you have full range of motion whatever activity you do. One thing I hate about the sweat belts is that you have to readjust constantly, not with the vest. It fits past my waist and my shoulders are free to move. Front zipper makes it super easy to put on and take off. Cleaning is very simple, I place it on a hanger, run it threw the shower with a little soap, hange it to dry, and it��s ready for the next day.
It does what it says, increases your core body heat and helps you sweat everywhere. I totally recommend this vest. I even purchased the shorts to see if they work as good. Hope this helps. Pics are after use, I��ve been tough on it, trust me!
